We are off to a new week here. It seems as if the summer is coming to an end here in Chicago. Well, we got the wake-up call from the weather forecast. Least to say, summer is still here for another week for the party-goers.<\/p>\n

This past weekend on Get Down Saturday Night, I was able to play a nice assortment of goodies in the mix. One particular track stood out brilliantly. The song I am speaking of is Barbara Tucker’s<\/strong> Think (About It)<\/em> on Quantize Recordings<\/strong><\/a>. This is again one of those times where you come to appreciate a remix done right. You certainly can’t go wrong with the likes of 95 North’s Richard Payton<\/strong> on the production side, along with Thommy Davis<\/strong> and DJ Spen<\/strong>. Anytime I see new releases from Quantize Recordings<\/strong><\/a>, the tracks usually end up in my mixes.<\/p>\n

The groove gets to moving your ears and the dancefloor alike with Barbara’s soulful and tender voice referring to the classic rendition of Lynn Collin’s historic piece. I may be a bit bias because of the enjoyment of all of 95 North’s<\/strong> production and remixes. However, rest assured, you will not be steered incorrectly with this piece.<\/p>\n
